Monday through Friday all through the day is where we truly make ordinary people into elite athletes. Our trainers (and co-owners) Sean and Greg lead athletes through an hour-long WOD every day.
Every day our WODs are posted on the website under the WOD tab, or you can click here. Our WODs are not just a bunch of exercises thrown up on the whiteboard.
Our WOD Schedule is as follows:
Monday Through Friday
5:30 AM, 6:30 AM, 7:30 AM – WOD with Greg
9:00 AM – LeanFit with Andrea
10:00 AM – WOD with Greg
12:00 PM – LeanFit with Andrea
4:30 PM, 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM – WOD/LeanFit with Sean
Each day’s events are carefully picked out to prepare our athletes for improving their fitness levels on many different fronts. The WOD starts with a warm-up to get the blood flowing and some stretches/warm-up exercises. After the warm-up, our WODs includ the opportunity to improve on technique or skills and strength with isolated exercises. These give the chance for athletes to learn the proper way to perform exercises and to set their own personal records with new weights.
After the “skills” portion the metabolic conditioning or “Met-Con” follows. This is where a string of events come together into the WOD that all CrossFitters are familiar with. We use many benchmark WODs as well as some combinations that our trainers come up with by themselves. One thing is guaranteed, you will be challenged.
Each WOD is carefully supervised and coached by our trainers as well. All of our trainers have numerous years of experience and multiple certifications. They also have another thing in common, they all have a desire to share their experience and push our athletes to reach new fitness achievements.
