Okay, so you signed up with Dropping Plates CorssFit and you feel a bit intimidated doing a WOD with all the “veteran athletes”…..or you are looking through the site and thinking to yourself, “WOW, I don’t know where I would begin!” The Beginner’s WOD is your answer!! We have designed the Beginner’s WOD to teach the basics and yet still allow the athlete to experience the benefits of our daily workouts. We bring beginner athletes as well as those veterans to a higher level.
For those of you who need extra work on the CrossFit foundational movements, we also offer a Saturday morning Foundations Class where we work on specific movements. This class is on movements only and contain no workout. This way the athlete has the opportunity to concentrate on the technical aspects of movements and doesn’t have to worry about immediately applying the new knowledge into a WOD.
