Welcome to Dropping Plates Crossfit.  We are the ONLY CrossFit box in the Pulaski County area.

Dropping Plates Crossfit is a 2,400 sq ft Crossfit Affiliate serving the greater Waynesville, St. Robert, Fort Leonard Wood, Pulaski County area. If you are looking for a first-class box to do your WOD, you have come to the right place! When you come to Dropping Plates CrossFit, you’ll see we are a community of people with a common passion…CrossFit.

  1. I just want to say “Thank You” to all the coaches and members of Dropping Plates.
    In February I took an Army Physical Fitness Test and scored a 277. A respectable score but not where I wanted to be. I joined Dropping Plates n late February and my first WOD took place some time in early March. This morning I took an APFT and scored a 289 and dropped a minute from my run time. A gain of 12 points and a solid minute off my run in approximately two months is, in my mind, a success story. Does this mean I’m elite? Not by any means. But with the continued coaching and mentorship of Greg, Sean, Andrea, and the continued pressure to compete with my fellow athletes at Dropping Plates I will be elite. This is my goal.

  2. Been a week of doing WODs with the beginners class, and i am hooked on this sport hardcore. I can already see a difference in my fitness and cannot wait to continue on the path to being a healthy person. Thank you so much DPCF staff for being here.

Joining the DPCF program has been the best decision I have made with regards to taking my fitness seriously…I love the teaming, support, and the accountability that Greg has instilled in each of his classes. I am anxious going to each class, in awe of the workout we are about to do, smoked at the end of the WOD…then wondering what we are going to do the next day!! Thanks Greg, Sean and the rest of the DPCF staff for keeping this 50 year old man honest and pushing me past my limits! I hope my “box-mates” are also reaching their goals!
